I am a director at Kailash Nath Projects, a boutique real estate developer of high end luxury residences in Delhi/NCR. KailashNath constructed the first commercial high rise of New Delhi in 1969, and has since developed over 4.5mn sq.ft. of real estate across India. A separate vertical of KailashNath manages the resolution of stressed real estate projects, working closely with NBFCs and ARCs. Am also involved in the setting up of a proptech startup, LutyensRealty.com, which focuses on lead generation through pvt. banking and wealth management firms and executing them via a select network of geography specific industry specialists.
