Incubator Indiarath announces the first cohort of startups

NEW DELHI: Indiarath, a startup incubator, today announced its first cohort of 9 startups.

The incubation program will span 24-weeks, which include mentorships sessions, coaching and upskilling.

The companies being incubated span different sectors such as jobs, technology, and brand management. The program is focused on three broad categories that include upskilling entrepreneurs to handle real challenges through fundamentals, business remodeling, product designing, branding strategy provided by experts from the industry in the form of masterclasses.

The companies which are to be incubated are Tales by Le Weaver, printpackexchange.com, Ringlerr, CORDSS, Wardo Circular Fashion, Lekh-Haq, Minions.in, Stealth Mode Startup and Black Eye Technologies.

Indiarath said that more than 700 startups across India had applied to the program with a majority of applications coming from Tier 2 cities and beyond. The selected startups will be given access to global mentors across borders from Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, Silicon Valley Bank, Blume Ventures, Cisco, Paytm, OYO, Morgan Stanely, and more.

The incubator’s founders Yatin Thakur, Arjita Sethi and Upasna Dash said they were thrilled to see the encouragement and support that Indiarath has received from the ecosystem. “Our startups represent a dynamic mix of verticals, and currently being mentored by experts from 8+ ecosystems and building some path-breaking solutions. As we continue to scale this up, we’re committed to enabling the next wage of entrepreneurs building out of India,” said the founders in a joint statement in the press release.
